For Christmas, I've also gotten both Sims Medieval games, the occasional SimPoint card and Hidden Springs. That said, I haven't spent all of that - I used to get SPs as early birthday presents a lot, and I think all of the Prima Guides have been Christmas/birthday presents too. Never mind, of course, the amount of trees I've killed with notes and what not, and the number of notepads, folders, even PENS that I've bought for this game!Īll in all, somewhere over the $5000 mark I suppose. But, I also have all of the hard copy Prima Guides released, so maybe another $100 or so on top of that. So, in games alone, around $2300, then on computers $2900. I also just recently bought a $1400 desktop for Sims 3, but that was again because I no longer had a working computer (my laptop had died) and need something to study with it was partly subsidised (as a necessity for university study), but I did pay that bit extra again to get something amazing! My mother paid for most of it, but I did pay the difference to buy a gaming, rather than standard, computer. I've also bought a $1500 gaming laptop for Sims, although that was also to use for study since we no longer had a working computer in the family. Sims 3 Store: $698.72 (yeah, I just added that up.
